I think the game is called Space War. The console was placed for auction on e-bay and sold for USD2,500. Nice to have.

This device straps on to your baby's head, and light is sent thru those black plugs. The light diffuses thru your baby's head and is somehow scanned back to determine the oxygen content of hemoglobins in the blood. Neat?
